AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and The Loft Fifth Avenue Hair and Beauty Salon Ladies LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of The Loft Fifth Avenue website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.
All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site. USER ACCOUNT DELETION - THE LOFT FIFTH AVENUE MOBILE APPLICATION
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may choose to delete your account with us.
If you wish to do so, please fill out our Account Deletion Request Form to initiate the process. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we would appreciate any insights you can provide regarding your decision.
By submitting the Account Deletion Request Form, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your account deletion request will be processed , and all personal data associated with your account will be securely deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any information or benefits associated with your account, including loyalty points or membership privileges.
- You may receive a confirmation email once your account deletion request has been successfully processed.
Please note that certain legal obligations or contractual requirements may prevent immediate deletion of your account in some cases.

DISCOUNTS & OFFERS
At The Loft Fifth Avenue, please note that coupon codes may vary between online bookings for services and purchases of products. Coupon codes displayed on our website are generally applicable to product purchases at www.theloftfifthavenue.com unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw coupon codes at any time without prior notice. Certain coupon codes may have exclusions or limitations, including but not limited to specific products, services, or promotional periods, which will be clearly stated alongside the coupon code. Coupon codes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted by The Loft Fifth Avenue.
Coupon Code Exclusions, Revocation, and Membership Terms:
Please be aware that coupon codes provided by The Loft Fifth Avenue are not valid on Value Sets, Gift Cards, Memberships, Digital Products, or any other items explicitly excluded by the terms of the coupon.
Additionally, The Loft Fifth Avenue reserves the right to revoke an order placed or the utilization of a coupon code if it is found to be in violation of our terms and conditions, including but not limited to misuse, fraudulent activity, or any other breach of our policies.
For memberships, please note that the customer may be required to pay the remaining amount at the center (in case of utilization of a coupon code) as per the terms and conditions of the membership agreement. We strive to ensure fair and equitable use of coupon codes for all our customers.
PAYMENT TERMS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Please note that for digital products such as Memberships or Gift Vouchers, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Therefore, any orders placed for digital products with the selection of Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method will be automatically canceled. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. For purchases of digital products, we offer secure online payment methods to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction process. Should you have any questions or require assistance with your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
RETURNS
Ensuring your shopping experience is seamless is our utmost priority. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, or if any of your ordered items are missing, please don't hesitate to contact us at our call center or through [email protected].
When reaching out, include a photo of the item and your order details to expedite the resolution process. We are committed to making every effort to either replace the item (if possible) or issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed through an online voucher code with a one-year validity.
To be eligible for a return, kindly report missing, wrong, or damaged items to the Customer Service Email ID or Call Center within seven (7) days.
Please note that original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the received products are damaged or defective.
Ensure the product is in its original condition, including unopened items in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
Approved returns will be conveniently collected at a The Loft Fifth Avenue branch near you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in resolving any issues promptly.
